          Ive recently tried to email you on the forums here about my system with no luck.I was just concerned because i did not recieve any confirmation on my system i ordered on 1/10/08.It is listed on the costomer service page with an order #.My credit card has also been billed.I assume that everything is on track?i will try and get a hold of you on the the phone.i do have some questions i would like to ask you.

Sometimes sending emails to me from the forums might not work... I have no clue why... If you wish to speak with me, the best thing to do is either send me a private message (give me 24-hours and only on business days) or call and ask to speak with me during business hours. I received your PM, and I will look it over and get back to you by the end of the day today.
 
The best thing to do is to call our 1-866-817-8676 during business hours and inquire about the status of your order with our customer service staff. I usually handle supervisor related tasks but, I will be more than happy to help you.
