Hey Alex,

First of all, I apologize if I put this in the wrong forum. If its in the wrong place, feel free to move it.

Now, I have a question about your warranty.

Does the DS warranty (or anything else for that matter) become void if the system is shipped to another country (in my case, Canada)???

How do you guys deal with us Canadians as far as support\parts etc goes?

That's a great questions!

We do not void the warranty if the computer goes to a different country.

For Canadians, you can call us on our direct number or toll free number for support during our business hours as normal.

For warranty service, it's the same for our customers in the United States.
