By chance- anybody here with one? I've narrowed down a new monitor to this ana couple of others... looking for real-world examples of the fine text/small font clarity/issues with fringing.

Yeah, I'll game on this but also will edit in Lightroom/Photoshop/InDesign etc... I know this isn't a champ for text quality, but it's REALLY good and damn near everything else.

I may just need to skip on OLED until they/and software better support this sub-pixel layout. Sems like text fringing is common across all of them at the moment.

I'd be interested in knowing this too. Previously I always limited myself to IPS displays, because they have the sharpest text. I've always wondered about QD-OLED displays though. Are they as sharp as IPS? I'm curious.

I think for gaming the best examples are better than ISP (money no option right now) in terms of better contrast, true blacks etc.

Pixel-peeping, there's some demonstrated color fringing with text, so vs ISP and the best 4K displays, if you are doing critical work with text OLED isn't there yet.

Like just about everybody, I'm seeking that The One Screen to rule them all... as I do photo and video work but am eager to have the beauty of this particular screen for gaming :P
