I'm sure you have all heard of the infamous Alienware Arena. It's pretty awesome with great graphics and whatnot. They also post articles about games that are coming up and games that they thing you should play for example their top 5 summer games article. It is a great place and they have loads of sponsors that give away prizes for contests. They have BF2 competitions and Counter Strike Source competitions and they are now giving away Samsung SSds for the winners. I think it is a great experience that brings their community closer and also gives them alot of publicity. So what I was thinking is that you guys at DS make something like this. The amount of posts about wanted CSS games are countless. I think you guys used to have tournaments but now not so much. I really wanna get a chance to play games with the forum so we can have fun together. Except for DST4ME, of course, because he doesn't even have time to open a 15k rig... But for those of you who are my age 14 and wanna have fun in the Summer lets get together and play some games! Lets create new sections in the forum not for discussing games but playing them. And in the future if things work out for you guys we could even start to get sponsors when enough interest is shown. Lets face the facts here, Alienware has alot of publicity and alot of people know it just because of all the tournaments and TV shows they sponsor. They also have a really cool arena page that has some pretty awesome pictures in the background. So maybe we could do something like that??? We could sponsor some pretty cool gamers and then more people would know DS. DS is way better than Alienware so lets just let everyone know that!

That sounds great Bullseye! I'm your age aswell and I'm down for some Starcraft2, Bad company2, and some Left 4 dead 2. None of my real life friends have money for an amazing computer so it would be nice to play with the forum members!

That's a great idea, and perhaps down the road we can do it. I like it!

@Gosu Dude I am in the same situation as you and none of my friends even like computers. They all say PS3 is better cos they play on like 47 inch Sony Bravias. If we could find a bunch of people like us we could start a group and play certain games which would be great!

That would be alot of fun. Unfortunately for me, i have satellite internet, so the ping is far too high to play any game online. Disappointed

That account DigitalStormPC hasn't even been logged on in over 321 days. There's another public Steam group named DigitalStorm with 39 members, but it is pretty much just as dead as the other group you mentioned.

Are there not many of you who have Steam accounts? I find that incredibly odd, because Steam is extremely popular.
