I have researched this thing to death and my latest config is #506427 with the addition of an additional "haf 200mm non led fan" ( at the suggestion of DST4ME).
 
Since I have been away for about 4 weeks I hope that this machine will still be what I want. If there things I need to change please let me know.
 
My question to DST4ME:  I am going for the Intel 160 gig SSD.  After reading some of your latest posts to others ...Is it still the best one or should I wait for the new 3rd generation SSD by Intel?
 
Soon to order but the questions don't ever seem to stop.

I would wait for gen 3 and see what they offer and if the prices of 160GB falls also, IMHO you got nothing to lose, you can always add the ssd yourself, its pretty easy, but as Alex said the 160GB is great also.

I am so syked.
I ordered my new rig on 3/24 and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 3/31.
ONE WEEK....
I have to thank everyone who helped me in my selection of features on this rig.
Especially DST4ME.
This forum is one great feature for DS buyers.
Based on the service received from DS during the process I am certain it will be my best computer ever.
