Hi!
 
     I've been patiently awaiting my new rig, it's a pre-built system.  I wanted to go crazy and get the rig of my dreams but with the current state of the our economy I had to hold myself in check a little.  I feel the pre-built system offers more upside for me right now and will still allow me to upgrade down the road.. which is the 1st of many reasons that I love about Digital Storm...
     I'll return and let you all know the whole story in a little bit.

So as the story goes..

     I've been out shopping for a PC for a few months.  Each day that I kept looking I kept getting more anxious.  So I finally ordered a PC from another company read and waited well past the stated date of completion (BTW the waiting was not the issue).  What forced me to cancel that order was the complete lack of customer service.  People would answer the phone and I would introduce myself and ask who I was speaking to and they would repeat "Welcome to <company name>, how can I help you?" 
 
     My instincts told me to cancel the order and while I was thinking about that.. I was browsing through their forums and found someone's reply "Just cancel your order and goto Digital Storm now." 
 
So, I did!
 
     It took me a few days to talk myself into trusting another company (forgive me DS, no offense) so I read thru all the forums and read a bunch of reviews.  Everyone here is just looking out for each other, at least that's the way I see it.  Forums members and Company employee's all pitching it to help each other out.
 
     I ordered a pre-built PC.  I'm not into overclocking.. I do dig it and enjoy reading about it but I just spend too much time working to be able to invest into that.. so I was even more surprised to see that Digital Storm also overclocked (to stability) for you. 
 
     I received a phone call from the Digital Storm sales dept 1st thing the very next morning.  They asked me if I had any questions (which I did) and they were excellent help.  In my line of work, a very good sign of an excellent company shows thru in their customer service.
 
     I didn't tell anyone at DS about my past experience at the other company.  It didn't matter.  I recieve e-mails nearly every day as to the status of my build, when I called in, someone friendly and knowledgable answered the phone.  If they couldn't answer my question.. they found someone who could... AWESOME!
 
    I have the PC now. prebuilt 1050Si system.  I didn't get a chance to get on it very much today (ATT was out installing a U-verse system, DSL/Phone/DVR's). 
 
     I have it hooked up now and I downloaded a few small programs (Vent, etc) and I had one small software issue that Randy helped me out with  (thanks!)
