So I need one of these, but all the mATX boards I've seen that allow SLI are socket 939.

Google isn't helping much either, so I was wondering if any of you guys have seen one.

Oh, and it needs to support Nvidia GPUs, if you couldn't tell by me saying 'SLI' and not 'Crossfire'. :P

Does the case constrict it to micro ATX? What GPU's are you looking to run on it?

Yes, it restricts it to mATX. I am planing on running twin 260s, HOWEVER, the case has excellent airflow, so overheating isn't an issue.

my suggestion then is this.  get a new case. yes its a pain but it will allow you far more Motherboard options then your current one. and, 2x260 will restrict your airflow a lot. I would suggest a HAF case like they have here. as for the motherboard... If you do that you can get any one you want.

I have a Crosshair II that i like very much.

But the entire point is size. I want to pack as much power in as small of a case as possible.

You will find that the problem is that less size = more heat

Like I also said, Overheating won't be an issue.
5x 120mm fans should work fine. :P

5 x 120mm fans are not gonna keep your GPU temps under 70c under load and keep your case cool at the same time. when everything is packed together the heat becomes even a bigger issue cause its going to be harder to get ride of, of course its your system, we are just making recommendations.

someone should case mod the sidedoor to fit a industrial size fan, you know the fans that move side to side, and have 3speed settings

that would keep those gpus chilled like a mofo

After 2-3 hours in Crysis on VH, the temps are 60c at stock fan speeds. (25%)

Add another one, add 10-15c max. Add the larger CFM fans and bump the GPU fan speed up to 40-50%, and it should negate the temp increase.

Your room temp must be low, people with bigger cases and better airflow and fans don't have 60c under load

But do you get where I'm going when I say Overheating isn't an issue?

Especially since the 260 core is rated at like 105c?

I mean, I'm not trying to be rude or anything, it's just not an issue here.

Perhaps I need to be more clear, I didn't mean to say that you will overheat but your temps will be much higher.

More than likely. If the temps go too high I can WC easy enough in this case, although I'm probably gonna just go back to an old case.

So back on topic, anyone found any? Cuz I still haven't.

I've looked around myself and even did some leg work. So far any Mobo that will SLI is ATX, not to mention i have seen none anymore that are PCIE 2.0. Reason is that mATX is limited by its size.

Windows will also likely see these changes as a new computer and likely BSOD you. I changed from a crosshair to a crosshair II and a new GPU and it wanted me to repurchase.

Do you already have the GPU's?

I've got 1 of em.

Looks like I'll just change over to a Crossfire mATX board.
