I have a question, does DS check the Northbridge on the Asus Crosshair IV motherboard for AMD CPUs, because the Crosshair IV is notorious for having issues caused by the heat sink not contacting the Northbridge and not transfering heat properly?

Yes. We do review all temperature logs on the system before they ship. That includes: CPU(s), GPU(s), voltage regulators, chipset, HDDs, etc...
