Independent reviews of the new AMD Ryzen CPUs are now available. Here are 2. AnAndtechs review is not complete as it has no gaming benchamarks. They are still working on testing the Ryzen CPUs. HotHardwares review has some gaming benchmarks included

With Ryzen AMD returns to the high level enthusiast CPU market. These reviews show a mixed bag as far as performance goes compared to Intel but you sure can't beat the price/performance the Ryzen offers compared to the high end Broadwell-E CPUs from Intel.

  Looks like, initially at least,  with the ones they tested, that Intel still beats in the gaming department but we'll wait for more thorough reviews on all their chips.  Pricing will force Intel to adjust I'm guessing.

Blahhh. I was hoping for something a bit better. However, at least it is something and a viable option versus what AMD has put out previously...
