what resolution are you going to be gaming at and when you say "im also going to be making games" do you mean you are a designer? and is that why you choose 12GB of ram?

idk Dst4me, only 300gb hardrive and 1 video card? mmmm lol well im ordering it later today so anymore recomendations before i order a bad system? maybe somewhere between 2k-3k

your 20 inch monitor needs only one GPU, 2 is a waste of your money.

the 1TB drive is going to be a pain to manage, think about how long it will take to scan, search or backup, the idea is that you use the faster veloci 300GB (much faster then the 1TB drive) for OS/apps/games, and then use a 500GB HDD for HDD2 as storage.

without OC you got a slow PC, you want your game design to go much faster put back the OC.

bottom line my build will eat your build for snack in performance

the 275 is a better card then the 260 for $20 more

Why do you need 2 CD/DVD drives??  Both of them are read/write?? And both of them are light scribe??

Amyrildora you need to follow my config, you can't just oc the cpu you need a good cooing for that, just use this ticket, if it does not make you feel special I don't know what will now remember everything in there is picked so that they work together so you can't just drop one thing or add another

I left you the lightsribe DVD RW, but why get both lightscribe? are you aware that you need special cds to take advantage of the lightscribe option?

I would just go with one lightscribe and one regualr DVD RW or just both regular RW
