Hey everyone, I have finally started my worklog!!!

This will be edited on a regular basis and changed up because when I first wrote this, it's kind of all over the place.  Sorry about that.
I added a weekly work log to it so it makes more chronological sense.

Project 1:
Basically, I am turning my existing single loop Dual-SLi into a dual loop, Triple-SLi.

___________________PC HARDWARE___________________
I have:
CM Stacker 830
eVGA 680i soon to be a 780i
QX6800
2x8500C5D dominator ram
3x 8800GTX
Asus P1 PhysX
Soundblaster Fatal1ty
Silverstone ST1000NV PSU
__________________________________________________
Here is the system currently with a dual GTX and a single loop:

and my 3rd GTX with waterblock

With this waterblock it makes the GTX/Ultra a single slot card, therefore allowing usage of the 3GTX and 2 add'l cards.

and the Triple Rad

________________water Cooling________________________
existing Hardware:
I am doing a dual loop watercooling with the following:
Dangerden Copper TDX 775 Waterblock
3xKoolance Vid-282 GTX Waterblock (changes the cards to a single slot card for 3way sli and usage of a sound and physx card)
2xKoolance 1slot spacing connect nozzle (3way sli must have)
2xSwiftech MCRes Micro REservoir
2x Swiftech MCR120 Radiators for cpu
1x Black Ice GTX360 Rad for GPU
2x Danger Den DDC-12V 18 Watt Version 3.2 Pumps
FluidXP Blood Red
Tygon Tubing.
Tubing Mesh
6 Ultra Kaze fans from Scythe ( 133cfm) for the triple rad
3 Yate Loon 122CFM fans for the other 2 rads and intake.
6 rubber fan gaskets from AcousticPC
3 120MM Fan Filters since dust will be the issue on the bottom of the pc and that's where my triple rad is.

_________________________________________________________

I got extra stacker 830s at work so I grabbed one and stripped it down.
I am currently getting the interior of the case powder coated ($35!!!! at e-techcollision.com in walnut creek ca) and the exterior I am not sure what theme I am going for.  I will work on that later.
I already made my cuts (yes, they're not as good as some of the other cuts here, like made by GameGuru and Lowfat... (I made the fan cuts too wide, but nothing a little moulding and gaskets can't fix) made.
I am putting the GTX 360 at the bottom, and 1x120 at the top and the other one at the back on the inside.  But, I am thinking that may not be condusive to airflow.  I may take the one from the top and put it in the front bay like how Croak in BC did back on the 1.1.08 post, (page 68 on the stacker slacker thread)

___________
Week 1:
Anyway, so my worklog starts with the dissasembly of the new chassis.  Then I went out and bought the jigsaw and dremel set and made my cuts.  Since I am blind in my left eye, I can't see straight lines (don't ask it's hard to explain)... so my cuts are a little wider than I hoped.

Then I took the chassis for Powder Coating a week ago.  I pick it up on this Wednesday.  :(
But after reading Leadanek's post, I may have to screw up the mobo tray's paintjob to make cuts like that... since I forgot to make those cuts when I dropped it off at the Powder Coaters...

I also picked up window moulding and gasket material.

My roomie is a mechanic and own's his own shop so he's helping me out a lot with Gasket materials, Window Moulding and stuff he has there.  Go me!

___________

Friday
I picked up a Silverstone ST1000NV PSU from work.

Week 2:
Monday:
Went to Petra's and Alex hooked me up with:
1 EK Supreme

and 2 Petra'sTech DDCT-01s Custom Acetal DDC Pump Top (w/Barbs!)

as well as 2 Rhoebus Sunbeam Fan controllers.

My only complaint is that these GPU blocks aren't single slot like my koolance blocks.  So now I have to sacrifice the sound card and physx card. :(
Tuesday:
Ordered EK Waterblocks for the GPUs and had them overnighted.
Took the swiftechs back to Petra's.  Spoke to Alex and Quoc a bit.  They agree that with maintenance, the Koolance blocks are actually pretty good.

Wednesday:
I picked up the chassis from the powder coaters today.  The gunmetal black looks AWESOME!!!!!!!   I will take pics when I put it together and make my final cuts...
I can't wait to start the external part of the chassis!!!!

Friday:
Ok, so I haven't had a chance to upload the pics of the parts that are powdercoated yet.

Something I was thinking about when I was looking at all the parts dissasembled is that I need to re-drill the back plate of the mobo tray in reference to Cpl Ledanek's post at http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2705149&postcount=1728

I will be doing that this weekend.

Sunday
Here are the painted panels!

I have to cut the mobo tray now... more pics coming once I am done!

Now I just need to polish it...

I know... my cuts are crooked... but I am blind in my left eye and cannot see straight lines...

Thursday:
Got my CPU Lapping kit from ezpckits.com
Got my black rivets from Performance-PCs.com

___________
OK, so this is a month or so over due...  I apologize.  A lot of personal setbacks occured.  Anyway, it is finally finished.

So over the month I have aquired everything.  The final build is:
Modified Coolermaster Stacker 830
eVGA 780i
QX9650 @ 4.260 (1.5v, 10mx1704fsb, temps-33,36,36,43)
4gb 8500C5D  Corsair Dominators (2.1, 1066MHz)
3x8800GTX in SLi (flashed with the ACS3 bios, 656/2000/1500,  temps- 38,34,33)
Asus P1 PhysX
Soundblaster X-Fi Fatal1ty soundcard

1x150 Raptor for Vista Ult 32
2x150 Raptor in raid0
1x Maxtor 300GB
________________________________________________________________
Dual Loop Watercooling:
EK Supreme CPU Waterblock
3x Koolance Vid 282 single slot waterblocks
2x120 Radiators for CPU (Swiftech Rads) (Mounted at the top and the rear)
1x 120.3 Radiator (mounted on the bottom)
2xLaing DDC pumps with 1 fitted with the Petra's head
2xswiftech Micro Reservoirs
2x Fillports
Tygon Tubing
__________________________________________________________________
I had the computer at work for a solid week working on this thing and finally brought it home last night.
Right now, I just have the side panels and the door off, and I had to redo the legs to add the casters.
I will add pics with the side panels and everything all polished up later

Now what you're all waiting for.... PICS!!!!!

________________________
I plan on Lapping my QX9650 when I change all the tubing and clean everyhting in 3 months.
I am thinking of changing to the Cosmos S case then too.

________________________

Ok here's the pics I have for now.

Really nice Kelly.

How about trying this on Big%20smile:

The "liquid chilled" and "dual loop" are color sampled from your cooling tubes in the photos.

SP1 actually reported 4gb because it pulls the data from bios but the same rules apply.  It's not being used.  So it's a false reading.

4GB 1066Mhz - $ 400.00

petra's head for waterpump $ 25.00

It seems like I spent more because I actually ordered a lot more stuff but this is the only stuff that is in the system at this time.

Now keep in mind I bought the graphics cards a year or so ago, 2 days after they were released. And same with the PhysX card and sound card. SO now, the prices may be cheaper, this is the price that I paid for them.
ANd keep in mind, this isn't including the Shipping and tax. :(
