I ordered my system on 1/10/08. They billed me on 1/11/08.After about 10 days of waiting i had serious thoughts about canceling my order because of alot of posts about BSOD. I just didnt want to go threw that whole crashing thing. I made a decision to stick with DSO. I spoke with Alex on the the forums here about loading Crysis on the rig and testing it since this was going to be strictly a gaming machine. I told them i would pay for the game and testing. I called that Monday just to confirm with Josh the changes i made to my order and he said they would take care of it ,no charge,Nice!!. Anyway, on 1/28/08 i recieved the email the box was shipping. It was shipped on the 30th and i recieved it on the 6th of Feb. The shipping box was in great shape. I opened up the box and everything was very neatly packed inside. It was time to hook up the rig!!!I got everything all hooked up and ready to go, hit the power button and booted into windows in a heartbeat. Got my flash light out to look inside just to make sure all the fans were running and,OH NO !!! PSU fan was dead in the water. It was late and i decided to leave it for the next morning. I woke up the next morning unhooked everything and pulled the cover off the side of the box. I tried moving the fan manually and it  was binding on the fan shroud. By loseneing one of the screws on the shroud mount and using alittle emery cloth i was able to get the fan working smoothly again. This was definetly a manufacturing defect !! The questions i have are how could this box have passed all the DSO testing? I believe, and maybe im wrong either the box didnt get tested or it passed with a bad fan in it. The box also did not have Crysis loaded on it so Crysis was not tested on it either like Alex and I talked about (i wont hound you to send me a free game either Alex, ive already bought it, lol Tongue) .With all the bad behind us and those were the only 2 downfalls i had on my sytem ,i can say the box runs amazing. I havent had any BSOD or lock ups at all. It runs all my games at max settings without a hiccup. The appearance and wiring are all very nice looking also. All in all i give DSO a 8.5 out of 10.The people i spoke with on the phone their Josh and Dave all seemed very nice and it didnt take me long to speak with them. The forums here are also great, lots of real nice people that are helping out.So i guess the big question is would i buy another computer from DSO?  As of right now i would say Absolutely !!!!  If the box catches fire and burns to the ground in time probably not,but i dont think i have to worry about that.Keep up the good work guys and i hope you get all your ducks in a row to become the biggest computer company. It looks like you guys are definitely on the right track. Thanks Again !!!

Nice!  I can't wait for mine to come.  I just got a BSoD on my current system last night.  Time to officially pass it along to the wife!

Perhaps your wife is part moth.  Ever come home and find her chewing a sweater?
