   Ok, Another newbie here that's going to be trying to update an old out of date system. A friend told me about this place a long time ago but I never had the chance to get what I wanted. So I'm back, trying to do another design and I'd like to see what the experts think. So please, give me any feedback you can and it would be MUCH appreciated.

	what res is this pc for? does he want to be able to go sli in the future? are pci lanes needed for things like sound card, wireless card and etc.?

	Have a 1080 screen. Sli, possibly. We'll say yes for now. PCI, uncertain really.

	That looks awesome to me and I think that is very doable. Now I have to ask, I'm not too familiar with the Radeon. I've been using NVIDIA for the past few years so I have to ask you're opinion: how does Radeon do?

	the 480 has more ram and does better but the 5870 holds its own, as you see my first recommendation was a system that can do sli 480, but due to budget we went with second choice of a system that can do cf 5870. both are good, I can't say bad things about either, however the 480 does out do the 5870 in some games.
