i was wondering are there any good computer iformation books like how 2 built troubleshoot, etc. i am still learning alot about comps.

As stupid as they sound, the "For Dummies" series does a pretty good job at explaining some in-depth stuff in easy to understand language.

Google is definitely your best friend as far as troubleshooting and self educating goes.


For me at least, typing in my problem and instantly getting a list of fixes on google is a lot easier than digging through a book (can you tell I hate books for anything except fiction?).

O'Reilly books have helped me out alot.  They have books for everything related to PC's.  Here's a link.

Yeah, O'Reilly books are just as good too.  Don't get me wrong, there are tons of books out there.
