my 5yr old pc: DONT LAUGH which is a "AMD Athlon(tm) X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.21 GHz, 2.00 GB of Ram, nvidia 6800xt lol" is about to get the boot! its loud and gets my room freaken hot! and cant play ANY games+ temperature reads: 108.7! my budget 1.5k-2k. Any recommendations?

i dont know but i would like to play fps games at highest resolution i guess. im going to be ugrading my monitor to a 24" lcd so what do you think my resolution should be at or around?

thanks im going to check it out! also i going with the PATH 1 "buy now, pay later" which im definitely looking to upgrade my system down the road...such as having dual graphics card and cooling system...so will the system you recommended will allow me to do that?

click on the config you like, change the psu to a 1000w corsair if you like to be able to do sli/cf in the future.
tho I'm not so sure you will need sli in the future. as far "upgrade my cooling system" what do you mean by that? your cooling is Noctua and it does not need to get updated. Edited by DST4ME - 31 Mar 2010 at 3:47pm |
