Greetings,

I ordered on 11/21. I was told by CS I'd be receiving my unit around 12/21. I called the beginning of January to be told there was a delay (understandable) possibly with GPUs and that was someone from CS was suppose to call me about the delay to offer alternatives as the delay could be until May. That never happened. I called again and was told the order was prioritized and I should be getting it at the end of the month/the beginning of this month.

Is there a way to get a hard date on delivery? I'd really not like to have this drag out until May if I'm just being strung along as this was suppose to be for work & current set up on its last legs. The order entered Stage 2 January 15th.

Anybody else with November orders still waiting? Should I just cancel this order or is there hope?

Oh, I don't even know about that. I'm a noob here. Lol. This order is my 1st with DS. What is that e-mail for? Just updates? TIA

I just got 2 e-mails after posting this morning that my unit has gone through Stage 3 & 4. So wish me luck 🤞
