I'm about decided on the Vanquish Level 3 but wanted to get some feedback on if there's any reason not to pull the trigger now? Any upcoming sales/promotions or configuration changes/upgrades expected?

Also, does anyone have any experience with picking up your system on-site as opposed to having it shipped? I live practically across the street...seems wasteful to have it shipped.

I can't think of any reason not to buy now.  Big%20Smile  You never know what changes will be made and when, but that's always gonna be the case.     Buy now and enjoy or wait and see.   That's always a tough decision for many.   If the Vanquish 3 gives you what you need, then 'go for it' in my book.

You can certainly pick it up yourself and save the shipping.  Just have to call first.

Good Luck. Big%20Smile

When you feel you want a new system, just do it. There will always be that next best thing. Technology is always evolving, so there is no best time to buy, just when you need an upgrade. Intel isn't expected to release any new CPUs, that I know of, until at least the 3rd quarter of this year. The GPU companies tend to play things closer to the vest and you don't really know when they will release new products until close to when they come out.

I believe you can arrange to pick up a system, to avoid the shipping wait time, cost and risk of what the shipping company might do to your system.

I bought my level 4 then a few months later it got an upgrade. It is part of buying anything. Things always change often for the better.

However, you just need to decide if the system delivers what you want for the price you want.If you wait for the perfect price and configuration you will never buy since parts are always changing.

Pick it up since shipping adds some uncertainty over it being bounced around and things being damaged. This can happen no matter how far it ships.
