I hate lag. if it happens, I get mad. especially during modern warfare 2.

Get a 1200w Cosair and an SSD. Hope you are gaming at 1600p and folding in addition to MW2 lol.

lol with that budget ill hand deliver the packets.   lol
google tweaks for mw2
 
settings can help alot
 
wow you can get two beasts of a machine for that budget.
 
I paid half that and have both MW2 and Black ops.  set at ;com_maxfps 133.33
 
getting 143 fps
 
 
 
what DSO will do for you LOL

but wait, you are getting that pc and then for monitor that is what you are getting?
