Expectations:
[Good gaming performance (on high/ultra quality), Reliability, Longevity]

Usage:
[Mostly gaming, such as SCII, and some web surfing, of course]

[nothing, but if anyone could, give me a rough idea of how much noise this'll put out]

This is where I would start.  For $30 I would recommend upgrading to the Corsair PSU, but this should meet your needs.
