Anyone have good luck with FedEx?

Hey all, I recently (12/16) received a tracking number and confirmation that my pc has finally been shipped! I am very happy about his having waited 1.5 months; however, having all the time I do waiting for it to arrive, I have been reading up on issues with the FedEx location in Tracy, Ca. Apparently lots of people are loosing their packages after getting the “Departed FedEx location” order update. I’m not loosing hope nor am I complaining about DS as you guys have been reasonably good regarding solving issues and replying to customers.

Says scheduled delivery is for Monday (today), but will update on this later.

Good luck. I paid over 100$ extra for the 3 day air but won’t get mine now until after Christmas. Still sitting at stage 7 no tracking.

Update: rather than ‘scheduled delivery: Monday 12/21/2020’ I now see this: ‘Scheduled delivery: Pending’.

I would really love for something to go right with this after everything

I really understand the frustration man, if it helps any I did order 15 days before you did, so you’re further along than I was

Just something to add, my digital storm pc just came this month and they delivered it way after 5 PM. So keep that in mind. :)

I just received my PC yesterday from fedex. I had a sort of sketchy situation but everything seems fine. So, I saw that my PC left the facility early afternoon and only received it at evening. My box was cut open on the bottom as if someone tried to steal parts from the box. It didn’t look like the tape accidentally fell off. I see literal perfect cuts between the seems of the box. So my thinking a worker could’ve tried to steal parts from my PC and that’s why it took so long. On the bright side, it didn’t seem like anything was missing (that I believe should be there) and my PC has been working pretty flawlessly.

Yeah, it looks intentional. Good thing nothing went missing. I heard a case where they replaced the item inside. What is wrong with these people?

So is there more accountability shipping freight? Chain of command kinda tracking?

It does. I really wish I knew what the reason behind it was. It doesn’t look like someone just replaced parts at all.
