Nice. I am on Steam but do not play any of those games.
I do plan on getting the new Far Cry when it comes out. Used to play Skyrim when it was an actual disc game or digital download. Do not want to get in to the way they have it now.

I want to check out Witcher as I have heard a lot of good things about. Plan on a lot of FS2020 through Steam also.

Right now, the only game I play, since I have cleaned out this PC pretty much of my games, is Killing Floor 2. I run a Server box through NFO servers for our clans games and TeamSpeak.

Nice. I think you may like the successor to Skyrim whenever that releases. I haven't jumped into the online version just yet. The Witcher is hands down the most immersive and fun action RPG I've ever played. Love those Steam sales! I actually got Killing Floor 2 for free on the Epic Games app. My current 11 year old computer can't handle it, so I'm looking forward to playing it on my new rig! Also plan on getting the latest DOOM game.

I can't remember, but one of my friends was telling which of the Witcher games were the best and told me to steer away from one of them.

Will load up quite a few new games when my rig gets here.

If anyone tries to tell you that Witcher III - The Wild Hunt is not one of, if not, ~THE~ greatest game ever, then they are not being truthful.

Thx Snaike. Always looking for a good, immersive game. I played hrs. on end in FPS games with our clan back in the initial release of BF2 and COD4. Got so tired of the run, shoot, die, respawn and repeat thing after a few yrs of that. But give me a good, immersive gameplay and graphics and I am all in!

I'm too old and have lost the "twitch reflex" too long ago to go anywhere near FPS games. If you want immersive gameplay and such, my faves are Skyrim (of course), Fallout 4 (NOT fallout 76 - AVOID AVOID AVOID), the Shadow of Mordor series and, of course, the Witcher. Lots of "lets play"s on YouTube so you can get a sense of what you're getting into.

Having said that, there is a 'sort-of' FPS/multiplayer game that I've been playing since release that ticks all my boxes.. called Generation Zero. It's not for everyone, but it is right in my wheelhouse.. Post apocalyptic / survival / mystery / open world / lots of blowing stuff up / etc. Not for all, but I found quite enjoyable.

I played Fallout 4, it was fun. Loved Skyrim, but not this last iteration, however, I think more and more mainstream games will go this route in the future. Was big in to EVE Online for awhile, but that got old too. Will check the games you mention on YT to get a better sense of what they are. Thx

When I did a Steam user id lookup it could not find anyone named fwfdfireman.
