I just want to say a few things but I am not a pro so I would also get other peoples advice.

I wouldn't get another floppy drive unless you know you are going to use it. Same as 2 optical drives unless you do a lot of copying. One more thing, people have said to me a lot that the 8800 gtx is not worth it. They say the 8800 gts 512 can handle everything and it is cheaper.

How big of a monitor will you be using?  Is it mainly for games?

8800GTS 512 gets  5-10% less frame rates than the GTX/ultra for $200-300 less.

PSU could go down to 620watt.

I can't think of any reason to go with Ultimate unless you're going to go the 64bit route.
Pro case with extra fan
Quad Q6600 2.4 OC'd 3.1!

Well, retail vista ultimate comes with the 32b AND 64b CDs, I'm not sure if DS's OEM version does though.

...

Where did you find that? It's either 32 or 64, not both unless you buy both versions.

Wrong, Retail versions come with both.

OEM versions don't, and come in 32 bit and 64 bit flavors.

Never noticed that before, pretty sure DSO offers 32 or 64 not both like in that package.

And I can't really see why you'd want both, if you're going 64bit you're obviously going to have at least 4 gigs of ram, and most of the compatibility issues have been fixed.

Remember, you don't necessarily need 4GB of *ram* to consider 64-bit, but total system memory (including Video cards, etc).
