Do your laptops give off alot of noise and heat when gaming at ultra settings and maxed out resolution? Just wanna know i bought a alienware m17x a few years ago and it was loud when everything was turned up.

I'm sure a few customers that own our laptops can chime in for you. From what I know, they're fairly quiet, if your gaming, they might get a little louder but not too loud as the cooling system is very good.

It depends. I believe that the xm11 and the xm15 would be the loudest, due to the space based airflow restrictions. However, I can assume you that even the xm15 is still quieter than I expected.
I think that one of the larger models would be the best if it was a concern, but it honestly shouldn't be bad on any of them. |

I haven't actually tested the noise levels of my x17 yet, but I personally don't think it's very loud.
The only time I can really noticeably hear the fans at a level that would be annoying during gameplay is when I'm maxing out the CPU, which doesn't happen in games. When I'm gaming I don't really notice the fans at all, and I use speakers, not a headset. Compared to some gaming laptops that my friends have, my laptop is dead quiet.
