I'd love this with a 240gb SSD and BluRay Reader/Writer. Would that be possible with the small power supply?

The Bolt does have the option for the SSD and the Blu-ray option is Bluray player and DVD writer.   
 
The psu won't be any more stressed to any degeree that matters with the larger SSD or player. 
 
Alex will have to answer the bluray player/writer question or call / email them Monday.

Power supply should have no issue, we currently do not have any slim blu-ray writer drives in stock, but, the team could provide you with a quote to special order one.

Hmmm... never realized a BD burner is thicker. A BD-reader / DVD-burner is satisfactory, then. No need to change it.
