Are these drops in temp normal?

My computer use to be about 48-55C no load and 105C Tj max and now.....
x9700 @ 3.60 Ghz
XFX 790i Ultra
1200W PC Power & Cooling ESA
2 8800 Ultra OC
4GB 1800 OCZ
150g raptor (Raid 0), 1TB
Watercool CPU/Dual GPU
Creative XiFi Fatality
Vista Ultimate 64-bit

You have your Tj. Max set in that screenshot to 85 degrees, which lowers the reported temperature by 20 degrees vs. a Tj. Max of 105.
 
Your actual temperatures didn't really change.
 
The Tj. Max you SHOULD be using for your chip is 95, so your idle temps are really 36-42 per your screenshot.
