My computer use to be about 48-55C no load and 105C Tj max and now.....

You have your Tj. Max set in that screenshot to 85 degrees, which lowers the reported temperature by 20 degrees vs. a Tj. Max of 105.
Your actual temperatures didn't really change.
The Tj. Max you SHOULD be using for your chip is 95, so your idle temps are really 36-42 per your screenshot.
Perfectly normal
