Are these video card temps ok?

I have them both watercooled, on idle they are 54-55 and on load they go up to 70 max.

Forgot to mention they are overclocked to 675/1111

Wow.. 70c under a load being liquid cooled.. The 8800 series must of ran pretty hot..

Yeah, 8800's were the old larger die size. I have an 8800 GTX with 768MB. They used power and generated heat like a 50 year old space-heater. When I saw that the GTX 285 generates less heat and uses less power, I was blown away. It's amazing what a die shrink will do for you.


edit: BTW, my single 8800GTX on this machine idles at 68c, so those numbers aren't bad.

Ya I have 2 285's as well and the temps are freaking sweet.. Although I am disappointed that I couldn't go tri sli with the rampage board in the tj-09 case..(freaking mobo mount and lack of exp slots)
 
Although I was able to dominate crysis war head at 1900-1200 with 2 285s oc'd to ftw clocks.
 
I cant wait for evga to come out with the voltage tuner for the 285's.

What do the numbers mean  675/1111?  Core/Shader?
