Asking for advice/assistance on config.

Budget:
$2000-2500 on PC.

Expectations:
Expect to have very fast game/application loads and boot-up that will remain powerful for ~3 years. Decent sound for watching movies without speakers, if it's worth it.

Usage:
MMO/FPS/MOBA gaming as good games come out, streaming/downloading movies. Don't usually have very many games installed at once and will likely start downloading more movies with this computer.

Special Needs:
Wanting a very quiet system that won't have any heat issues.

Looking for advice/suggestions on my configuration and also any suggestions for good quality gaming keyboards and mice (and maybe even monitors).
I'm planning to buy an Asus 24" VG248QE 144 hz LCD/LED monitor, maybe two if I like it.
I was thinking about getting a Razer Mamba, because I had one ages ago and loved it; I don't really like the Naga Epic that I replaced it with when it broke.

I would probably move the video card up to the GTX 670. Otherwise it is a very nice system.

I agree with Ariktu and get the best video card you can afford.   The video card is the first thing that'll show its age and need replacing in a year or two to stay with good gaming.    Going with the Enix ft03 case I guess means you're looking for a smaller case.     Check out the Bolt level 3 for the same money.    The Bolt 3 will give you a better cpu, mobo with wifi and a quality board, and the gtx 780, an awesome card that almost matches the Titan.   To save $300, go with gtx 770 and get a card that beats the gtx680 for less.        Just another way to go for best bang for your buck.     Your build will play real nice but a better card gives more longevity.       Good luck.

This is slightly cheaper than the other computer I had up with your suggestions. Can you just give it a once over and then I'll probably order it :) Thank you for the help; you're the best!

Real nice rig.  The gtx 770 will give you 50% better frames than your original pick. 

If it had a problem, DS wouldn't do it.   Testing by DS and other independents with the gtx Titan showed usage under 400 watts total system.  The 780 and 770 are the same or less.
