Astro C40 Controller Wont install

My son got a new W10 Digital Storm PC last week. We tried to install his Astro C-40 controller. It shows up under other devices with no driver. We followed a tip and tried to install the Xbox360 driver - that did not work. It works fine on my Dell W10 PC. Has anybody got any ideas ??? Astro C-40 said uninstall software/drivers then reinstall - and if that does not work - reinstall woindows - not really any help at all. Thank you.
