I cant seem to get my Asus CD to work on Vista 64Bit Ultimate, and i guess im too much of a noob to locate the drivers on the website, so does anyone an exact link to the mobo drivers for an Asus M2N4-SLI?

You guys know how to upgrade bios? supposedly the 1002 bios can fix my SLI problem, and the Pheonix flasher wont seem to install, asus seems to be giving me alot of trouble -.-

Before flashing a bios, you should load bios defaults as you don't want to do it with overclocked settings.

You can do it through windows with several programs such as the asus update tool:

Or you can do it the old fashion way and burn it to a CD or floppy and set boot device to whichever one you picked.

you should probably get a professional to do this as you don't seem very knowledgeable.

unzip and put both apps I posted links to on a cd or floppy and then follow procedure here
