does something like the killer xeno fit in the 1st pci-e slot because the cooler looks really big and might limit the size of cards that fit in there.

Most sound cards (aside from the default supplied one) and other accessories NEVER seem to fit there.  Xeno MIGHT fit, though not sure really.

I also believe it might depend on the case
your using it in, they're not all the same.

I know it is but I'm asking because there is just about nothing that might fit that pci-e slot so might as well consider it a little bit(not that I am going to get it) I want to know if it or anything that size fits in there.

Which Asus mobo? P6, and variants will fit the creative cards, and other similar sized ones.
