I have had my DS system for about three weeks. I use it primarily for work. I am working with some 3D rendering apps that require a beefy GPU. On the weekends, I play some 4k games. I've noticed that my GPU temps are approaching 84-87c during an hour-long session while gaming. After doing a lot of research, I noticed that this is not the norm. I have a Velox case. DS installed three fans up front, two up top, and one exhaust in the rear. My MOBO is mounted upside down due to the case set up and I/O config.
I cannot seem to get my GPU to run any cooler than 83c during gameplay. It's too hot IMO. On top of that, I noticed that my FPS benchmarks are far below what others have posted with a 10900k CPU. Any thoughts on what is going on here? Did they not design the fan configuration properly? |

That's very odd. There's no fan configuration tuning needed, the Velox is great for airflow.
I would definitely file a ticket with our support staff. |

1. clean up the GPU and computer
2. Undervolt your ASUS TUF 3090 3. Download a MSI afterburner 4. repasted GPU driver 5. buid up a good cooling systerm |
