Don't quite understand your question?

ATX is a form factor designed by Intel and is currently the industry standard.

I am pretty sure all 680i, 650i, p35, and x38 are ATX...

We can compare if you give us links or the names of the motherboard.

I have to see the spec sheet of the motherboard to tell you if it's good =x Intel chipsets are better if you are not planning to do SLI.

The chipset is contained in the motherboard's name and spec sheets.

Affordable motherboard chipsets: Intel P35, NVIDIA nForce 650i

Expensive ones: Intel X38, NVIDIA nForce 680i, NVIDIA nForce 780i

examples:
ASUS P5N32-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
