Hey folks,
I'm not sure if this is the most appropriate thread to post this but I've been trying to get the manual authorization process completed. My problem is that DS has been shut since my order on saturday, and now I'm not getting through to anyone when calling. I really need to get this done today as I'm flying out of town tomorrow. Is there a particular number I should be trying? I've called 866-817-8676 and 510-490-1122 a couple of times. The first number goes unanswered, the second starts with a recording but suddenly cuts off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Finally got through. It seems that DS is in the process of updating their phone-system. Makes sense seeing as they just moved. Told me to call back in 20 min.

-EDIT- Well, it was 20 min an hour and a half ago, now they said to call back in half an hour. I hope I can get this worked out before I leave tomorrow, I've already been waiting since Saturday to authorize. I don't want to wait another week for the order to go through.

Hey folks,
Well once I actually got through to someone we got everything wrapped up in under 5 min.  Now the only thing left to do is wait and hope everything goes smoothly. Thanks to everyone there at DS and everyone on the forums who helped me out with configuring my rig. I hope everone has a great New Year.
