So whatever happened to the automated updates from DS about what stage your system is in...

I ordered a new system on 4-21-10 and requested an e-mail with my order # and Confirmation of configuration.

The following evening had not received either. Quick Fix e-mailed Sarah and she e-mailed the order #. Then I had to ask about confirmation of config. Again Quick fix e-mailed Sarah and she informed of how to get it in customer service.

Now I had ordered a system for my mom back in Dec and remember all the updates and was expecting the same. Never received a one. So I have checked the customer service several times to see where the progress is. Now I see that my system has shipped (WOOOOHOOOOO)(Praying to the shipping GODS)

Now wondering about why no notice of shipping or a list of the specs it ended up with (oc and that)

Not upset or anything just wondering about if this is a change in DS policy or just my system?? (Not what I expected based on previous purchase)

Order # 12082

Previous order # 11079

The emails still come through.

I have checked my spam folder every day and already had '[email protected]' in my address book from earlier order. I have not recieved anything other than the three from Sarah in response to the ones I sent.
