Big shout out to digital storm for letting me know on a sunday my unit is shipping tomorrow, and sending me a massive amount of pics!!!

Looks like a beast! As with all Aventum systems, you can change LED colors. A white or a green color would look really nice! White would show your green wiring, etc...

You have to physically change them or do they just do it off the software and you can change to any color?

also one more question.. anyone know where they would put to 512 gb sd samsung 840 in raid 0 ... those ssd's look so small in  pictures.. just wonder where they hid them in the machine.. sorry for asking dumb question but its been eating at me..

well i know one is in the 3rd one down on the right side but i think thats a hard drive. Maybe Alex can pinpoint which ones are where. But they all should be in one of those slots

Congrats again...

Apollo615- Can you do me a big favor, I need the height measurement of the case without the(red)legs. I'm putting my Aventum II under a built in desk and only have 25.5 inches in height. Alex had mentioned that one of the engineers told him, 26 inches without the legs on the Aventum II. The Aventum I is 25 inches without the legs.

I ordered the Aventum II anyway, because I could still put it outside the desk. Of course, under the desk would be ideal.

Yeah wont be a problem, I had next day air but they called and told aventum is too big and they don't trust fed ex because of the liquid cooling so my eta is on the 8th .. Gotta do it then.., so if you get an aventum.. Freight is the best way to ship

The 3rd one down I think is my 2tb back up.. I am want to know where they put the 2 ssd's!!

Ps I noticed they put the drive on the side now .. And a full card reader!!!

I agree, freight is the way to go. Mike told me it would be 4-5 weeks for my build. I got a couple of special none stock items and the copper tubing also set it back. He mentioned it would be delivered via Semi, on a pallet. Trust me I know...you have to be very careful with the H2O machines.

Good luck and enjoy your Aventum when it arrives.
