After months of industry setbacks, shortages, part replacements, a failed 2080Ti in stage 6, and general apprehension due to the long wait time, my build finally passed stage 7 and is in shipping!

So. Damn. Excited.

I want to personally thank Alex and John for consistently answering my many questions & concerns, dealing with all the issues that arose, and quelling my discomfort at not seeing a product after months of handing over a sizable chunk of dough. I still trust Digital Storm as a direct result of their attention and customer care. This was was a very rough purchase experience for myself. I know that Alex especially recognized this and worked with me, assuring me that I wasn’t forgotten or lost in the chaos of everything that happened over the last few months. I know I’m not the only one, Digital Storm included, who’s had a rough go of PC purchasing lately.

Regardless, I’m proud to have my second DS build on the way. I love you guys and the attention to detail you pay each aspect of your business. These forums are amazing and I’ve learned a good deal just from taking part in these conversations.

Congratulations. That is a brute of a system. I hope you have friends that will help you get it were it goes once delivered. It is huge and heavy.
You know that we really like images of the systems and we don't have many of the Aventum. Would like to see what exactly DS installs for their Noise Suppression Package Stage 2.

The load bearing capacity of the desk at all depths is 250lbs.
I think it would be okay ;)

Regardless, it’ll be on a mat or wood under the desk.
Just to be sure & to prolong the life of the desk’s motors 👍🏻

I appreciate the concern though ☺️

IT ARRIVED TODAY!

The delivery guy was pretty amazed that there was a pc inside that massive, heavy box hahaha.

Will post pics as soon as I get it up to my office and set up.

Thanks again to everyone at Digital Storm, but especially to Alex for going the extra step and really hammering my issues out. It means a lot.

I'll take some better pics tomorrow when I have some actual light in my room.

For now, I'd just like to say thanks again, because I def ordered the Aventum 3 chassis and got the Aventum X. Also, my last updated invoice said 7820x, but what arrived was the 7920x I was really hoping for haha. THANK YOU DS. You guys are amazing, truly.

It was absolutely worth every second of waiting.
