First off sorry, I have been lazy and have just now gotten around to doing this. I got this a week or so ago and have been on it non stop and i have finally found some free time to post some picks of my rig.
First off all i can say is WOW!!! I knew going in it was going to be big but i didn't even comprehend how big. Its crazy big but its so awesome you get over it right away. I have to say the service i have received through Digital Storm i have never experienced any where else. They went above and beyond during the build and even after to resolve any problems or questions that came up. I can honestly say with out a doubt i will be purchasing from you guys again in the future. Thank you Digital Storm for this awesome beast. You guys did a fantastic job and i couldn't be happier with my system. The machine its self is running great and it looks amazing. I'm loving the custom lighting system and it goes well with my setup. Its totally killing the 3 monitors i have it hooked to. Cant wait to put some stress on these duel 690's. Just for reference those are 12x12 tiles. Now the glamour shots. And here is the final setup. Had a few problem at delivery, Fed-Ex tried there damnedest to destroy this thing but luckily it came out unscathed for the most part. The bracket that held my video cards in place through shipping was snapped. So at some point it took a big hit. Also the display window was beat and scratched to hell in shipping. I made a call to DS and they got me replacement parts with in the same week. Even sent me a custom white bracket for my video cards. There are still a few things i'm still trying to iron out with this system. The first thing is the new 306 Nvidia driver kills my windows completely and just today my digital read out has started to randomly go blank. It still has power its just not showing the text. A hard shut down and power on fixes the issue but i'm going to keep an eye on it. Have to give props to Xii. I was sold on the Aventum but I happened to be on the forums and saw your Black Sheep and placed my order with in minutes of seeing it. Thanks for the final push. |

Wow what a beast!!!!! I love it.
Great job. Not surprised by FedEx. When they pulled mine out of the truck Tuesday a bunch of packages came with it. I told the guy to be careful. That ALL those packages that hit the concrete were labeled fragile. He looked at me like I was nuts. And proceeded to throw them back in the truck! Nice. Still waiting to hear from FedEx with my claim.

So sweet. Edit: Wow -- that bracket really is snapped. I have a white bracket too -- those things aren't fragile. To break that thing... >.> Edited by xii - 08 Oct 2012 at 3:49pm |

Hi Biggz,
Thanks for sharing your system. The red and white really go well together. Especially the red screening. Frank |
