Just a quick question, can the Aventum || come with the parts on the opposite side it's advertised on? Like instead of having the parts of the right it's on the left.

I very much doubt it. It is an odd design on that front, but I think it was a DS design choice. I do not know why DS did that, the only other cases I know of with that design are from Silverstone and they have the back panel oriented toward the top.
