What's the average time from order to shipping for a new system in the times of covid? I was informed of a 2 week delay when I ordered, but it's past 2 weeks now. thx

They get really slammed starting at Black Friday, so it doesn't surprise me. They're gonna catch up, have no doubt. Alex will tell you where you're at. He has always welcomed us to just ask.

Also order a custom Velox. Stage 1- January 2. I did email Alex to upgrade a specific part and also inquire on the estimated wait. I got the generic 10-15 day shipping estimate in the email and Alex put me in contact with the additional staff who helped me out. After paying to upgrade a part they told me the estimated ship time would be about 3-4 weeks out. They also told me my build should probably hit stage 2 sometime this week 1/16/23- 1/20/23. I'll try and update on any progress. I also know bigger delays can come from premium parts.
