Hiya everyone in the DS community!

I’ve been excitedly waiting for my first desktop in a loooong time (over a decade). Due to my family background, I’ve been moving all over the place and have buying overly expensive gaming laptops. I’ve finally moved out and made enough to purchase an ODE LV 1. To make the wait more torturous, I’ve read that ODE LV 0 performs quite smoothly with BF3 on near max settings, and that some people have had their ODEs shipped out in around 72 hours. I’ve placed the order on the 20th – 21st (last week), is the wait longer due to the upcoming holidays?

My ODE 0 took a day or so to process, 4 days later to ship and about 5 days to go coast to coast.  Mine was over 2 weekends so those 4 days extra don't count.  They don't work on weekends.
 
The wait is agonizing, most of us checking email updates everyday.  Torture.Cry
 
You'll love it when it arrives.

I live in SoCal, so hopefully I won’t have to wait as long for shipping .
I actually preordered BF3 and MW3 for the ODE, as my laptop can’t handle most
of the newer FPS games.
Torture upon torture! At least I know I’m not the only one with a wait time of over 5 days. Or maybe I’m just not patient enough : )

I went from 10/18 (wednesday) to 10/28 until I shipped. Something must've been weird with my system.

Sometimes our team wants to hold back a system to run extra tests to make sure everything is perfect. Especially if they see anything of concern. In the end, our goal is to get our customers the best gaming pc possible.
