Just wondering what the average time for an RMA is and how many steps there are I would see. The production process is pretty clearly laid out through the website and such but not much is known about the RMA process. I went to stage one last Thursday, but no updates yet. After being screwed by other companies during repairs on some of my older computers I'm midly paranoid now Smile

Order 10721 in-case it's needed.

Little update, went to class and viola it is now on stage 7 and I guess will ship out tomorrow. Now to pray to the shipping gods and hope that I get it here in one piece. It was the PSU that died on it and glad that I spent the money to ship it in for the great cable management that DS did in the first place.
