Average time from order to recieving ?

Hey guys -

I'm about to place an order soon just wondering i what the average timing is from order to receipt for both pre-builts and customs (I'm still deciding). Could you guys give me an idea of how long it took you to get yours at your house from the time you orders?  I'm on the eastcoast (Boston) if that matters.

I ask because I want to order ASAP with the games coming out in the coming weeks - but I'm also going on a vacation for a week and don't want it sitting on my doorstep while I'm gone! Just trying to time it as best I can.

Hi stayghost.........tough to say on delivery times.   The pre- builds are about a week or two to ship and the customs another week or two longer. Lots of variables though.       Ship time coast to coast is about 5 days.     The wait will drive ya crazy, but real nice when you power it up.

For my ODE lv 1:
Stage 1 - Arrival was about 13 days. But I ordered mine during the holiday season, so there was a bit of delay. I've heard of other members getting their ODEs in less than 5 days.
Hopefully you will be as lucky as them!

Yeah by the looks of things I would probably plan on 2 weeks. Also, hopefully you could monitor while on vacation and if the timing is bad, you could probably put things on hold or ask them not to ship until a certain date. DS seems like they would work with you.

It takes on average about 10 business days, but, it can take longer if we run into any issues that prevent us from sending the best system possible. Rest assured, if we do run into any issues, it's only because we want to make sure you get the best product possible. We do strive to ship the units as quickly as possible.

 
We can hold a package for a customer if they won't be home for a period.
