Herd of problems getting it to work? You mean the game or the computer?
The computer system is fully tested and ready to rock and roll out of the box. You don't even need to answer questions or put your product key. We do all of that for you here. The sooner you get to play the better. That's how we think it should be.

Ohhh I see, you can create a shortcut for the game EXE file. Then modify the shortcut and specific that you wish to load it with Admin access every time. While you are there, you can even assign a hot key to load the game anytime you wish.

No, he said in the original post he was installing it. I'm sure DS, knowing them, would somehow find a way to do it though knowing their customer service ;-) |

Inbox has been emptied. Sound is checked before the machine ships, you must be plugging it into the wrong audio port. Please give us a call at 866-817-8676 ASAP so we can help trouble shoot this step by step.
If you have a sound card, it might need to be re-seated from the shocks and vibrations of shipping if the unit was thrown around hard enough.
