I am very sorry to hear about the news of your new system.
First off, if you do have a leak, then your water reservoir level is going to be low. We will have to send you an extra bottle of fluid that you may add into the system, BUT, I am not sure that is a wise fix because the leak may still be there.
I would first highly recommend you do a very throughly and visual check of the entire system, and if possible, allow us to service the unit and see what happened.
I am very sorry to hear this, and we will do our best to take care of you as quickly as possible.
Warmest Regards,
Alex

dude that sucks so bad. sorry to hear that . he means the reservoir. If you leaked fluid, your levels may be low and you will need to refill. although the fluid is non conductive, that is unacceptable and if i were you i would send my system back promptly. Although fedex is more then likley at fault, i almost cant see how that can happen with the storm shield. Also if the LC was done right and double checked by the OA team, it should of been airtight and the hoses shoulda been on there really strong. I can actaully give a forceful tug to my tubes and they dont move. with all do respect, I can almost see this being human error on DS's side , but this is just my opinion , and im not jumping on DS's case, cause they build great systems. Anywayz, i know im probably ranting but i just wanted to add my 2 cents to this Good luck bud , i hope DS gets your system back up and running. Im sure they will. ![]() Edited by jtspectra2 - 02 Jan 2009 at 11:53pm |

Those are normal. Foam and bubbles will settle down once it runs for a bit. Just make sure its full enough that it covers both hoses.
Also make sure that its not leaking, as your system did arrive with one. Good luck |
