Hi.
I've been looking around online, for a good PC through various sites.
I'm practically broke, and the only money I've got is about 1200 dollars to spend on a computer.
The one I'm on is fairly new, a dual-core, Athlon at 2.80 GHz.
I only spent 450 bucks to get it.
Then I spent another 150 on a GeForce 9600 GT Superclocked.

I guess what I'm really aiming to get with the 1200, is a Quad-Core.
If I need to, I can always use the graphics card in the new PC to eliminate some cost.
I was really hoping to get something that would run Crysis on max settings with a decent FPS but I don't think that's in my area of compromise, dealing with the financial situation.
So if anyone has any suggestions on how I could go about doing this, or what to look for, please don't hesitate to give me some pointers.
Thank you, to anyone that helps.

EDIT : Since I saw this on someone else's post, I figured I'd say the same.
Um, resolution for gaming, is usually whatever I can max it out at.  I know that might not help, but I am a 'visually stimulated' type of person.  The higher I can jack it up too, the better it seems to look.
Right now, I've been limited to 1600 x 1200.

That's the best I can do, it doesn't leave room for much upgrading without replacing a lot of parts.
$1437 and you can take another 75.00 off that when click buy now. If you went with the quad Q9300 2.5ghz you could save another 66.00. You could save another 37.00 if you went with 4gb 667mhz corsair ram.
I think for your budget you might want to stay at that res of 1600 x 1200. That's my opinion though.
