Hi JelloShot..... Everyone has their own schedule, but I suggest using canned compressed air to blow any dust buildup from the rig.   A couple of times a year, or more often if needed, remove the cover and blow dust away, especially from the inside of the video card and cpu cooler. Dust can build inside the cpu cooler's metal cooling vanes.

Download and run the free CCleaner on a weekly bases to keep junk files from building.   Also, MalWarebytes is good to run weekly to catch any malware, adware, Trojans, etc that your regular virus protection program doesn't catch.

Keep the Bolt off the floor. A couple of feet, or at least several inches, makes a huge difference in dust accumulation inside the rig.

Good luck.

Course if you don't want to use canned air you can use something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/Metro-Vacuum-ED500P-500-Watt-Electric/dp/B001U899HQ/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t

Haven't bought it yet but it has good reviews.

There is a cheaper version of the Metro Vacuum here:

http://www.amazon.com/Metro-Vacuum-ED500-500-Watt-Electric/dp/B001J4ZOAW

From what I garnered in the reviews, there is no substantive difference between the ED500P (Linked by ArkansasWoman777) and the ED500 (Linked by me). The P modifier on the more expensive one is just referring to a difference in packaging material.

I asked a similar question recently.

See here: http://www.digitalstormonline.com/forums/cleaning-your-pc-do-you-do-it-how-tidf21446-kwfcleaning/
There are links in that thread to older threads with more info.

I'm going with bprat22. I cleared a spot on my bookshelf that's about 3ft high. And I picked up a few cans of air. I think the bolt might be more at risk of dust buildup because of the tight spacing within the case. Anyone have any experiences with that?

Thanks again everyone for your help
