I want to get a new pc from Digital Storm that'll be able to run battlefield 2042 on max settings when it comes out, how should I go about this situation? Sorry if dumb question.

Your question got me wondering, so I did some online research. Unfortunately I didn't find anything helpful. The recommended system requirements for the game haven't been released, and no benchmarks have been published. The game isn't due for release until October 22, and developers typically save performance optimizations until the later stages of development. It'll be hard to predict what kind of hardware this will require.
I can't wait for this game though. It looks fun! |

Whatever maxes the game depends upon your monitor speed and resolution. Be assured the game will run on some pretty modest requirements so the market is as large as possible. If you are talking 1080p up to 165 fps, a 3060 will do, and a 3060 Ti will CRUSH.

That's actually the game that solidified my purchase of a new PC. But prior commenter is right, no system requirements are out yet. It's all just guesswork. I would think my new rig from DS will run it on High settings at least.
