I currently have this system.  Ticket number: 304485

Two questions:

1.  How can I ensure that my Blue-Ray Disk is BD Writable?  I've upgraded to Win7 if someone wishes to walk me thru how to determine this.  I know the ticket states it has BD RW capable but who is the manufacture of this BD drive?  I do wish that an option was given to include some sort of BD software to watch Blu-Ray movies was given during my purchase.

2.  I'm thinking of throwing my primary HD (300GB Velociraptor 10KRPM) as a secondary (storage) and upgrading to a SSD.  What is Digital Storms recommendation.  I see that only the
Corsair Solid State Drive 64GB 2.5IN SATA II - OEM - CMFSSD-64GBG2D is listed under the UPGRADE option but they list many to choose from utilizing the configuration utility.

Thanks in advance.

for upgrades go to newegg you will see much better prices.

intel is a good one, ocz vertex, and corsair, those are some of the good ones.

as for brand of bd player you need to contact DS, its not the same brand all the time.

I just received a LG blue-ray drive from newegg today.  The BD drive installed real easy into my rig, and it came with its own software.  The picture quality was amazing on the Dell U2410.  Hope this helps.
