At first look, the dba doesn't seem to be much better than others like Corsair Quiet on their higher rpm settings, until you realize the airflow at 25dba is 50% higher at the same dba just going by the specs.    16dba at 50 cfm is comparable to Corsair airflow at much lower dba.

Looks real good if it all proves true.
