Ok, my friend's computer won't load the the windows screen, all she hears is loud beeping.

She has a dell computer (yes i know, she's a teacher :P), after the DELL logo comes up and there's a load bar, once that bar finishes loading the next is a black screen and the computer starts beeping. What could it be? dead HD? dead gfx card?

Might be bad memory. I had a similar problem with my HP and that was the culprit

So she just imitated what it sounds like, and it's REALLY fast beeping, with no pauses, it doesn't stop until she turns it off by hitting the shutdown button. From what I read in a BIOS Error Beeping website, it says it might be the power supply or the System Board (mother board?). But I don't know much if at all about PCs Im%20with%20Stupid

It seems to be working now, and it was the power supply it seems. She swapped out  with her old one and it's good...for who knows how long.

@ !ender, she's had that pc for about 2-3 years I believe.
